On December 12th, Wuhan Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. held a canteen labor skills competition with the theme of "Eating in Dongben". Wuhan Dongfeng Honda Restaurant sent a team to represent our company in this skills competition, competing with three other companies that also serve Dongfeng Honda. Several leaders and dietary committee members from Dongfeng Honda attended the competition and served as judges.
This competition is divided into four categories, namely: noodles, set meals, Japanese cuisine, and stir fry. It is also divided into two categories: designated works and creative works. Each contestant should not only complete the designated work, but also fully utilize their personal level to create creative works.
During the competition, under the leadership of restaurant manager Luo Yousheng, our contestants were able to complete the entire process from inspection, material requisition, processing, cooking, plating to product display. Each step demonstrated their solid basic skills honed in their daily work, earning unanimous praise from the on-site judges and staff!
Having received multiple honors, the company has been honored.
