       Fan Lei is a native of Wuhan. In 2009, at the age of only 16, he entered the Culinary Department of Wuhan Tourism School to study under the guidance of Mr. Feng Chao, the fifth generation inheritor of catfish intangible cultural heritage skills.        In 2018, Fan Lei, who had been working in the hotel industry for many years, decisively switched to group dining and entered a restaurant in Wuhan. The cooking volume, operation, and management standards of group meals differ greatly from those of hotels,. The diligent and hardworking learning attitude, as well as the down-to-earth and serious work style, have earned Fan Lei recognition from both clients and the company.
