On the morning of July 20th, the first China (Yushu) Yak Industry Conference, jointly organized by the China Meat Association, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Committee, Prefecture Government, Beijing Qinghai Yushu Command Center, and Qinghai Academy of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences, was grandly opened in Yushu Prefecture. The Chairman of the Group, Jian Shixin, was invited by the leaders of Yushu Prefecture government to attend the opening ceremony and deliver a speech.

       At the opening ceremony, Dan Zhu Angben, former deputy director of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, Ma Rui, deputy secretary general of Qinghai Provincial Government, Sun Zhansheng, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Office of Support and Cooperation, and other guests delivered speeches respectively. As the only invited representative of private entrepreneurs, Chairman Jian Shixin introduced the development history and customer base of Jianliyuan to the attending guests in his speech. The recommended director stated that Jianliyuan has been striving to find high-quality ingredients for customers. In recent years, the company has been deeply cultivating a full industry chain development model that integrates primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, creating a one-stop service from farmland, base to dining table. To this end, the company has invested in the construction of an ecological farm and supply chain base project in Qingdao, and will gradually replicate it in other parts of the country. As a leading enterprise in Chinese group meals, Jianliyuan can leverage its stable consumer terminal advantages to help expand sales channels for Yushu agricultural products, introduce Yushu yak meat products to hundreds of high-end customer restaurants, and allow customers to taste delicious and authentic Yushu yak meat.

       At the opening ceremony, the "China Yak Capital" award ceremony, the "World Yak Capital" application ceremony, the Yushu Yak Regional Public Brand Release Ceremony were also held, and the first "Yushu Declaration" on sustainable development of world yaks was read out.

In the afternoon, 14 ecological animal husbandry experts conducted in-depth discussions on the two main themes of industry and technology, including yak culture, meat quality assessment, nutritional value of yak meat, and multi-party empowerment of yak industry development. They provided suggestions and recommendations for exploring Yushu's ecological animal husbandry resources, effectively transforming ecological resource advantages into ecological product value, and promoting high-quality development of the ecological animal husbandry industry. Chairman Jian Shixin was fully involved and listened attentively throughout the process.

The successful holding of the first China (Yushu) Yak Industry Conference will undoubtedly provide a platform and opportunity for the high-quality development of Yushu's yak industry, and will also open a new chapter for cooperation between Jianliyuan and Yushu. As the Chairman stated in his speech, Jianliyuan will engage in deeper and more sustainable cooperation with Yushu to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, promote the development of Yushu's yak industry towards higher and better directions, and make due contributions to the realization of the national rural revitalization strategy.
