       Director Zhu Chengyi and his delegation walked into the front and back kitchen of the restaurant to listen to and inspect the specific anti waste measures taken by the restaurant in terms of publicity and supervision, source planning, process control management, and work innovation. During the inspection process, Director Zhu highly praised the experience and practices of the two restaurants in garbage sorting, selling dishes in different sizes, using multiple dishes, and supervising CDs. He also further understood the highlights of the restaurant's operation and tasted the working meals at the Shandong Provincial Government Jianliyuan Restaurant.

The Anti Food Waste Law clearly stipulates that public institutions such as government agencies, state-owned enterprises and institutions are important responsible entities. Government agencies should take the lead in combating food waste. He stated that during the inspection, it was found that the Shandong Provincial Government Restaurant and the Jinan Municipal Government Restaurant have accumulated many good experiences and practices in combating food waste. He hopes to further play a demonstrative and driving role, increase publicity efforts, actively promote relevant experience, practices, and specific measures, and promote the deepening of anti waste work within various government agencies and units in Shandong.
