All employees of the restaurant are living in Ditan Hospital, and it has been two months now. In the past two months, almost all personnel have not taken a step out of the hospital.        In October, the restaurant had only 33 employees but had to ensure nearly 5000 meals per day. The restaurant staff work tirelessly from day to night, constantly ensuring the meals of medical staff. They are in a state of intense busyness, and due to the lack of dedicated elevators, all meals are transported manually, making the workload unimaginable. Due to the strong guarantee of the restaurant at Ditan Hospital, on November 18th, the company coordinated the transfer of 12 employees from other restaurants to provide support, which slightly eased the work pressure on site. However, due to the need for epidemic prevention, there are always employees in the restaurant who are closed and isolated, making it impossible for all staff to work. However, no matter how the personnel changes, other members of the restaurant can always take over in a timely manner to ensure the supply of meals, once again demonstrating the team spirit and overall awareness of Jianliyuan people.

       While providing catering support services, the restaurant also offers mini program purchasing services specifically for patients in the quarantine area. Patients can place orders on the mini program every day to purchase daily necessities, snacks, fruits, mineral water, etc. They will be centrally purchased by the restaurant and delivered to the junction of the clean area and quarantine area. According to statistics, the restaurant provides an average of 900 to 1000 items of various products per day for patients in the quarantine area, effectively providing convenience for the majority of patients and receiving widespread praise.
