       On May 20th, under the careful preparation of the Group Management Center and the Human Resources Department of Shandong Region, the Group's first Level 3 (Senior Engineer) Examination for Chinese Cuisine, Chinese Pastry, and Western Pastry in 2023 was held at Haier Garden Fast Food Factory in Qingdao Development Zone. 66 technical personnel from Shandong region registered, and after strict screening, 20 of them passed the review and entered the stage of the self evaluation examination for skilled talents.

       In order to standardize the organization of exams and enhance the understanding of talent evaluation among examiners, Zhang Lei, the manager of the Human Resources Department of Shandong Region, emphasized the procedures and discipline of exams in his pre exam speech, and explained the significance and value of conducting skill talent evaluation for individuals and enterprises. He hopes that everyone can continuously improve their skills and enhance their evaluation level on the platform provided by the company. Wang Ge, Director of Procurement Management Shandong Center, served as the Quality Supervision Team Leader for this evaluation. Prior to the exam, she focused on explaining the responsibilities of each position of the examination team members and organizing everyone to sign a commitment letter to ensure that the exam was serious, fair, and just.

       At 8:30 am, the exam officially began. This exam is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical examination stage, under the strict supervision of the invigilators, each examiner sat at a desk and answered the questions carefully. With excellent results, they all passed the theoretical examination in the end.

       After the theoretical exam, the practical exam began under the organization of the exam management team. During this period, each examiner is required to create 3 designated varieties and 1 self selected variety. Everyone presented their best technical skills and created various exquisite and delicious dishes, noodles, and pastries. The judges gave each work a careful evaluation and rating. The entire process was orderly and well-organized. The staff tracked and recorded the entire process, and kept it for archiving.

 

The examiners are currently practicing

 

       Finally, under the guidance of the superior human resources and social security department and the serious organization of the company, a total of 16 people passed the third level (senior worker) evaluation after two stages of examination. At this point, the first batch of autonomous evaluation of skilled talents for the group in 2023 has been successfully completed.

       In 2022, Qingdao Jianliyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. officially obtained the qualification for independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents. The vocational skill level certificates obtained by employees can be directly queried through the official website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, which is of great significance for improving the level evaluation of the company's skilled talents. In 2023, with the approval of the human resources and social security department, the independent evaluation qualifications for enterprise skilled talents will cover the entire group. In the future, the major regions of the group will organize skill exams for various professions and levels.
