On the afternoon of February 1st, the group's safety special meeting was held in both offline and online formats, with more than 100 leaders, regional managers, and safety management personnel from various regions attending the meeting. Chairman Jian Shixin attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.

The meeting was chaired by Xie Shuifu, Director of the Group System Security Center. Mr. Xie first led everyone to review the recent fire accidents that have occurred in many parts of the country, and focused on analyzing the 2022 Changsha Telecom Building fire accident as a case study. Subsequently, Mr. Xie shared safety knowledge such as correct evacuation methods for fires, common safety hazards in "nine small places", eleven inspections of fire safety, five key points of dormitory management, and eight requirements of the Emergency Management Department for catering fire safety. He also provided a retraining session for all attendees.

       Zhai Youwei, Deputy Director of the Group System Security Center, read out the "Notice on the Requirements for Doing a Good Job in Safety Work during the Spring Festival", focusing on detailed deployment of safety work in all aspects and nodes before and after the Spring Festival. It is required that all projects not only publicize the content of the notice in place, but also implement it effectively in their work.

       The chairman made a concluding speech at the end of the meeting. The recommendation director said that life is more important than Mount Tai. Recently, a series of fire accidents have taken place in various places, which has caused life-long pain to the victim's family and also caused a bad social impact. The occurrence of these fire accidents is largely due to illegal operations. The company has always attached great importance to safety work, but hidden dangers still exist. The Spring Festival period is a high-risk period for safety accidents, and all departments must take solid measures to prevent safety accidents. The key points of recommending directors were emphasized from four aspects:

       Details are crucial.Safety work must not be taken lightly. Safety management at each operating site must be more refined, down to every process, every time point, every responsible person, and even every sign, to ensure that safety control measures are fully covered and executable, and to enhance the effectiveness of safety control in details.

       The second is to provide training that covers all staff.Many safety accidents occur due to improper operation by the parties involved. The group has nearly 20000 employees, and if one person fails to receive adequate safety training or operates improperly, it could potentially cause significant losses to the company. Each department must increase the intensity of staff safety training, especially for newly hired employees. Training must be done well, and those who are not trained properly are not allowed to take up their posts.

       The third is to strictly enforce dormitory safety.In order to create a good resting environment for employees, the group invests tens of millions of yuan in dormitory rental fees every year. The safety control of dormitories is easily overlooked, but the hidden dangers are not small. It is necessary to increase inspection efforts, resolutely eliminate smoking, illegal charging, and the use of high-power appliances to ensure the safety of dormitory employees' living.

       The fourth is to fulfill responsibilities effectively.Ensuring safety is everyone's responsibility. Safety management personnel and operational managers in various regions should always be cautious, like walking on thin ice, guarding the ground and fulfilling their responsibilities, not letting down the expectations of the company, and effectively fulfilling their safety management responsibilities. This is not only responsible to customers, the company, and employees, but also to themselves. The recommended director stated that the attendees must spread the spirit of the meeting to every restaurant and every employee, so that everyone realizes that safety accidents are very close to us, just a thought away.
