In May, the "My Scene, My Sharing" event will depart again. The System Security Center organized four regional managers and multiple restaurant managers from the Beijing region to visit and learn from Lenovo West Restaurant. Pei Yunxia, the regional manager from the 15th district of Beijing, shared her management experience on site.
Manager Pei highlighted the on-site 6T/4D management work of the restaurant, such as the cloth classification display area, turnover vehicle placement area, and so on. Looking at the rows of clean and tidy stainless steel cooked food boxes and soup barrels in the utensil cleaning room, the electric pancake maker in the pastry room that has been in use for five years and is still perfect as new, and the clean and shiny smoke hood behind the stove in the large stove room, the manager who observed on site couldn't help but admire it greatly. Why are there no hygiene blind spots in Lenovo West District restaurants? Why do employees have such efficient execution? Regarding this, Manager Pei Yunxia shared three management experiences:
Firstly, adhere to the company's management standards. Everyone has inertia, and work cannot be completely left to employees to do according to their own ideas. If managers lack principles, then standards will be completely lost. When employees complain about work arrangements, managers should adhere to standards, communicate effectively, fundamentally reverse employees' misconceptions, and guide employees to voluntarily practice company management standards.
Secondly, ensure the stability of the on-site team. The stability of a team is crucial. A stable team has good execution ability and can ensure the stability of on-site management standards. If restaurant employees come in and out frequently, the implementation of standards is impossible to talk about. The Lenovo West District restaurant team is relatively stable, especially the key personnel of the restaurant.
Thirdly, maintain an empty cup mentality to learn. Management personnel should not be like frogs at the bottom of a well, self satisfied. They should maintain an empty cup mentality, constantly learn, broaden their horizons, and activate their thinking. Manager Pei Yunxia specifically mentioned that during her rotation exchange in the Shenyang region in April, she learned many new on-site management concepts. Nowadays, these are gradually being integrated into the management of Lenovo West District restaurants, becoming new highlights of the restaurants.
Every visit and learning experience is a touch to the eyes and soul. The "My Scene, My Sharing" event at Lenovo West District Restaurant has also received good results. The visitors expressed that they have gained a lot and want to follow the example of Lenovo West District Restaurant, fully implement the company's management standards, and keep up with the company's development pace.
