Starting from mid April, the group will organize two batches of regional and above management personnel from outside the Beijing region to visit and learn from benchmark projects in Beijing, and to go on a hiking trip to the Simatai Great Wall, aiming to build a platform for learning and exchange, while leading the management team to broaden their horizons, exercise their will, and devote themselves to their job with more enthusiasm.

 

Beijing is not only the administrative center of the country, but also gathers many high-quality and high-end customers, making it a strategic location for the group catering industry. In recent years, with the business philosophy of integrity, solid work style, and excellent service awareness, Jianliyuan has made significant progress in Beijing and built an excellent service reputation. The business volume of the Beijing region continues to expand, gradually becoming the business center of the entire group. Many benchmark projects have emerged within the region, demonstrating a high level of excellence in terms of dish quality, on-site management, and daily service. For this reason, the group has decided to organize management personnel from regions outside of Beijing to visit and learn from some excellent projects in Beijing.

 

Under the careful arrangement of colleagues in Beijing, we focused on visiting Internet enterprise restaurants such as Tiktok, Lenovo, NetEase, Shell, etc., to get a close understanding of the dining mode of the restaurant, feel the on-site service of the restaurant, taste the dishes of the restaurant, and have face-to-face communication with the operation managers in Beijing. During the communication, it was found that each project has both advantages and pain points. To ensure successful project operation, it is important not to blindly emphasize objective difficulties, but to actively seek solutions and strategies, innovate actively, stimulate the potential of restaurant operation, promote the healthy operation of the restaurant, and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.

Subsequently, everyone went to the Simatai Great Wall together for hiking and expansion training. The Simatai Great Wall is located in Gubeikou Town, northern Miyun District, Beijing. It is very steep and is the only ancient architectural site in China that preserves the original appearance of the Ming Dynasty. During the hiking climb, everyone showed a high level of enthusiasm for participation. With the progress of the hike, everyone's physical strength was put to a severe test. Many people were sweating profusely, even using their hands and feet, but no one gave up. They persisted in climbing upwards, challenging their physical limits. Among them were several managers over sixty years old who also followed everyone up and forward. When everyone climbed onto the last fortress and looked back at the winding Great Wall behind them, a sense of achievement couldn't help but rise in their hearts!

 

Whether in the workplace or in life, difficulties and problems can be encountered at any time. The key is to face them with a positive and optimistic attitude, learn from others' strengths, and see one's own potential. Face and solve difficulties with confidence, and move forward bravely. This must be the inner gain of many managers during their trip to Beijing.
