On March 17th, the Group System Security Center led the organization of some system personnel and operation managers from the Beijing region, as well as some system personnel from the Shandong region, Chongqing region, and Shanghai region, to visit and learn from Shenyang region for a two-day exchange activity.       The projects visited this time are the two restaurants of Huachen BMW in Shenyang Region and the restaurant of Hunnan Branch of Medical University First Hospital, which are also three very representative projects. The hardware of Huachen BMW Restaurant is very advanced, but what impressed visitors the most was the standardized implementation of daily management in the restaurant. The equipment used on site in the restaurant for more than ten years is still smooth and bright, maintaining superior performance. In terms of hygiene, there are no dead corners, and the high standards and strict requirements of the restaurant's daily hygiene management are reflected everywhere in the walls, ground wires, and trenches. There are still many highlights worth learning from restaurants, such as the push-pull shelves in warehouses and cold storage rooms, simple and easy to understand signage, warm and detailed reminders for neatly arranged items, and so on, all of which are eye-catching. The restaurant staff are able to maintain hygiene and clean up as needed, promptly return items to their original positions, arrange them in a linear manner, and maintain excellent work habits.

       The restaurant in the Hunnan campus of the First Hospital of Medical University is also full of highlights in terms of hygiene and item placement. From various equipment and carts to hand sanitizer and disinfectant on the sink, they are all placed in the same location and direction, truly demonstrating that hardware is not a problem. As long as management and execution are in place, different on-site effects can also be created.

A clean and tidy kitchen

       The standardized management level of the three projects in Shenyang region, the employees' awareness of standard execution, and the innovative management ideas and methods of the restaurant have won praise from all the visitors. They all said that this trip was worthwhile and they gained a lot. It was really worth seeing. Some restaurant managers even promoted and implemented the "material management method" and "duty student" system in their own restaurant remotely that same evening.

       During the visit, everyone also had exchanges and discussions, deepening their understanding of the system standards. At the same time, they discussed how to effectively supervise and manage, and enhance employee execution. Everyone unanimously believes that the two projects in Shenyang region can maintain their standards without compromise, which is inseparable from the in-depth thinking and transformation of the company's various systems by the on-site management personnel. They implemented them in the most acceptable and effective way to enhance employees' work enthusiasm, thus achieving the same effect for ten years.
