On the afternoon of July 29th, middle and senior managers from various regions of the group gathered in Qingdao for an external training session on the theme of "Responsible Leadership". This training specifically invites the international copyright course 'Responsible Leadership' ®》 The first batch of certified lecturers in China, led by Professor Ren Wenjian. This is also the first company wide offline training for middle and senior management organized by the group since the outbreak of the epidemic.
In order to promote communication and mutual understanding among managers in various regions, the management center specially mixed the managers participating in the training into 10 groups, and each group elected a leader. Each group's members come from different regions, including operational managers, market managers, and functional managers. The group members may not be familiar or even know each other before, but through this training, they will further understand each other.

During the training process, Teacher Ren Wenjian first used examples to tell the participating managers that in this era of rapid information dissemination, complexity, variability, and ambiguity, the words and deeds of every ordinary employee are closely related to the enterprise, and everyone should learn to take responsibility. Especially for managers, they not only need to manage themselves and take proactive responsibility, but also lead the team to share responsibility, and establish a culture of continuous accountability.
Subsequently, Teacher Ren Wenjian explained from three levels: "Focusing on Goals - Adjusting Cognition, Establishing Culture", "Being Courageous - Facing the Current Situation, Taking Responsibility", and "Leading the Team - Leading the Team, Jointly Taking Responsibility". During the explanation, Teacher Ren fully mobilized the participation and enthusiasm of each group, allowing each group member to take the stage and explain their work goals based on their own work. At the same time, he required everyone to actively inquire about their shortcomings with the responsible leaders and colleagues in person, guiding everyone to establish a sense of responsibility.
