On October 28th, it was organized and carried out at the headquarters of Shandong region. This independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents involves two major vocational skill level assessments. More than 100 colleagues from Shandong, Beijing, and Shanghai regions registered to participate in this exam.
In order to do a good job in the self-evaluation of enterprise skilled talents, the management center and the human resources department of Shandong region have made sufficient preparations, communicated and exchanged with colleagues who meet the application requirements in advance, guided the registration work, timely and accurately conveyed the examination and defense requirements to the applicants, and made arrangements for the examination room and division of examination work in advance.
The basic knowledge exam skills practical exam questions are monitored by video throughout the entire process. Staff and evaluation experts from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Qingdao West Coast New Area conducted inspections of each examination room to ensure that the exam was rigorous and compliant.

The applicants have passed the evaluation, including the first level public nutritionist or food safety manager evaluation, and the second level public nutritionist evaluation.
In June 2022, Qingdao Jianliyuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. officially obtained the qualification for independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents. In 2023, with the approval of the human resources and social security department, self-evaluation can cover the entire group, and the number of assessable vocational skill levels will increase from three to seven, providing a platform and opportunity for further learning and improvement for the group's employees.
So far, the group has carried out multiple batches and job types of autonomous evaluation of vocational skill levels. Many employees have achieved the improvement of their vocational skill levels through their own efforts, which has also promoted the enhancement of the company's technical strength and competitiveness.
