Under the initiative and support of the group leadership, various regions of the group have successively carried out team building activities for functional departments, and some functional departments in certain regions have also organized them together with operational management personnel. Beijing Region：

       In September, Beijing bids farewell to the scorching heat and welcomes coolness. In this beautiful autumn scenery, the Beijing region organized a one-day team building activity for functional departments. More than 100 colleagues from functional departments went to Huairou Jingluo Mountain Villa and Yanqi Lake Xishan Trail to participate in this activity.

      In the morning, everyone conducted a team building activity at Jingluo Mountain Villa. After group warm-up, everyone participated in competitions such as "quick witted and agile", "relay cup stacking", "rally PK race", etc., demonstrating their individual athletic abilities while testing team cooperation. Each team is enthusiastic, actively interacting, and cheering on each other, creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere on site!

       In the afternoon, a targeted themed team building activity called "Send a Message to Garcia" was held on the beautiful Yanqi Lake Xishan Trail. Each team needs to walk forward, reach different check-in points, and complete designated tasks in order to be considered a successful challenge. Various clock in tasks come with creative ideas and diverse forms, further adding fun to the activity.

       In recent years, the functional teams in the Beijing region have continued to grow, and colleagues need to further familiarize themselves with each other. This team building activity provides an opportunity for everyone to further understand and familiarize themselves with each other, and fully demonstrates the vibrant vitality of Beijing's functional teams.

Shandong Region：

       In October in Qingdao, the autumn breeze is crisp and the scenery is pleasant. At the beautiful Flower Language Human Scenic Area on the west coast of Qingdao, the Shandong functional department team building activity was held as scheduled. This event received strong support from various functional departments, with over 70 people participating together.

       Under the arrangement of the expansion coach, everyone was divided into six teams, each with their own team name, slogan, and formation display. During the one-day event, various activities such as "Beach Landing", "Giant Catcher", "Tower of Hanoi", "Caterpillar Racing", and "Ultimate Frisbee" were carried out. Each activity aimed to involve more colleagues and fully demonstrate team cooperation and fun. Especially the afternoon "Ultimate Frisbee" sport, which combines various factors such as fun, physical strength, speed, coordination, and luck, is loved by everyone.

       During the event, everyone brainstormed and fought bravely, fully invested, and achieved good results. We spent a happy and unforgettable day together.

Shenyang Region：

       In September, the team building activities of Shenyang Region were organized and carried out at the Shenyang Assault Alliance Team Building Base. Nearly 60 functional departments and some operational management personnel of Shenyang Region jointly participated in the team building activities.

       After a simple group warm-up, each group began the practical competition segment. Activities such as "Wandering Earth", "Three Sheep Kai Tai", "Rapid Sixty Seconds", and "Team Pyramid" are full of fun and challenges, fully testing the team's adaptability and inspiring their wisdom. The most unforgettable event is undoubtedly the "Life Power Circle" activity, which requires everyone to work together to complete. When the coach proposed the task of "spinning 365 times", almost everyone shouted "impossible". However, when everyone is fully committed, they realize that nothing is impossible and ultimately exceed the task.

      Through this event, everyone has rediscovered themselves and realized the importance of team strength and collaboration. They have also become more aware of the leading role played by an excellent team leader in the team, which has improved the cohesion of the entire management team!

Chongqing Region：

       The Chongqing region also held a unique team building activity, which was held at Lixiang Lake in Nanchuan, Chongqing for two days. It gathered dozens of managers from functional departments of the Chongqing region and multiple regions including Chongqing, Wuhan, and Hefei.

       On the first day, through a simple ice breaking game and group building, everyone formed four teams and got to know and familiarize themselves with each other. In the afternoon, Wang Ge, the director of the Procurement Management Shandong Center, first gave everyone a training on procurement business, followed by a frisbee game. During the activity, everyone went from being unfamiliar with frisbee to becoming familiar with it. The members of each group cooperated and cooperated with each other, applied the rules reasonably, and finally completed the task.

       The next day, it was the long-awaited kayaking challenge. All kayaks formed a circle, and each team had to send a representative to run a circle from the bow back to their own boat. This not only tested the courage of the challengers, but also the mutual assistance and trust of the teams. The atmosphere of the final team kayaking competition was even more lively and essential, with each group cheering and shouting in unison, echoing through Lixiang Lake!

       Gather together with 'Source' and walk hand in hand! Because of Jianliyuan, we have come together to strive for a common cause and a common dream.
