The contestants showed off their "martial arts skills" one after another, changing knives, adjusting sauce, braising, steaming, frying, grilling, braising, carving and arranging dishes one by one, freshly baked. The judges carefully watched each stage of the contestants' production and evaluated them based on the production standards.
The 40 minute competition time was fleeting, and 48 mouth watering dishes were served one by one, entering the final judging stage. The judges walked up to the booth and tasted the dishes while evaluating their processing techniques, shapes, production difficulty, group meal suitability, and promotion difficulty, giving a comprehensive rating. The public judges also cast their solemn votes after tasting.

In addition, the two dishes "Colorful" from Chaoyang Municipal Government Restaurant and "Tinfoil pickled Chinese cabbage and Streaky Pork" from BMW NEX in Dadong conquered all judges and were rated as "Five Star Cuisine".
