On the afternoon of May 13th, Wu Jieming, former political commissar of the National Defense University, and Liu Binli, deputy director of the Shandong Provincial Office in Beijing, inspected the Jianliyuan Beijing Fangshan Supply Chain Center and Lenovo Global Headquarters Jianliyuan Restaurant. During the visit and inspection, Ke Jianzhuo, the General Manager of Gu Xiangyuan Company, introduced the two major supply chain centers of Gu Xiangyuan in Beijing, as well as Qingdao Ecological Farm and Supply Chain Base to the leaders. He also detailed the scale and operation mode of Fangshan Supply Chain Center, which has a total storage area of 15000 square meters. All ingredients in the center are directly sourced from the source, traced back to the source, and transported through the cold chain. Through information technology empowerment, the entire process of controlling and managing ingredients is effectively carried out, achieving the optimization of the value of the catering supply chain and customer value. Gu Xiangyuan has also partnered with Huace Testing, the first listed testing company in China, to conduct testing on each batch of ingredients and issue professional and authoritative testing reports to safeguard food safety.

Chairman Jian Shixin introduced the future development plan of Gu Xiangyuan Company and elaborated on the concept of Jianliyuan building a model of integrated development of the tertiary industry. The recommended director stated that a complete supply chain is necessary for good group meals. In recent years, Jianliyuan has invested 500 million yuan in Qingdao to build its own farm, supply chain, and central kitchen, achieving one-stop guarantee services from the source (base, factory) to the dining table. Subsequently, the leadership team went to Lenovo's global headquarters, Jianliyuan Restaurant, for inspection. Lenovo's global headquarters has nearly 10000 employees, and the restaurant covers an area of nearly 10000 square meters. During peak lunch hours, the number of diners can reach tens of thousands. The restaurant adopts a food court self selection mode, with more than 200 lunch varieties, and is equipped with a self-service weighing line and a smart plate cash register system, leading service innovation with digitalization. The restaurant is still one of the first pilot units for healthy canteens by the National Health Commission.
