In March, the Beijing and Chongqing regions took the lead in taking action, scientifically planning training content based on the business needs of different positions, and conducting one special training after another for management personnel, clerks, kitchen supervisors, high service personnel, etc. The aim was to enhance the professional skills and service level of the trainees, unify standards and ideas, create a high-quality talent team, and support the healthy and stable development of the group.
Training for clerks in Beijing region
On March 16th, the Human Resources Department of Beijing organized a unified training for restaurant clerks at Xishan Yingfu Restaurant, with a total of 260 people participating. In recent years, although clerk training has become normalized, it is mainly organized in batches, and the content of the training may vary to some extent. Since the launch of the new system, there have been differences in various process standards compared to the past. Therefore, the Human Resources Department has developed standard courseware based on feedback from new and old clerks. The training is based on four human resources work modules, and provides detailed training on system approval rules, personnel resignation procedures, salary and attendance principles, promotion and regularization processes, work-related injury insurance standards, and covers all the key points of clerks' human resources work content. After this training, the regional clerks have standardized their work and established norms.
Tianjin Branch Operations Manager Training
On March 23rd, the Human Resources Department of the Beijing region organized a training session on "Human Work Management" for operations managers at the Tianjin branch, with 26 participants. Before the training, the human resources department conducted a "human work ability test" for the operations manager to understand their shortcomings in human work. Luan Lili, the manager of the Human Resources Department in the Beijing region, conducted detailed training on the work requirements, goals, and standards of the region, shared recent cases that have occurred around her, and explained the key points that managers should pay attention to in their work. Beijing Regional Kitchen Supervisor Training
On March 30th, the Human Resources Department of Beijing organized a training session for kitchen supervisors on "Cost Refinement and Control". A total of 55 kitchen supervisors from various regions in Beijing participated in the training. Zhang Chenglong, the General Manager of Beijing Region, mobilized the kitchen supervisors in five aspects, emphasizing the need to always keep in mind the core values of the enterprise and control food and production safety; Pay attention to and control the cost management of the kitchen; Continuously innovating dishes and product quality; Maintain the stability of the kitchen team and reduce team turnover rate; Seriously absorb the essence of each training session and apply it to practical work. Special training on skills for high service personnel in Chongqing and Wuhan regions
On March 16th, a special training session for high-level service personnel was held in the Wuhan area of Chongqing region, taught by professional instructors. The trainees covered all service positions in the Wuhan area. The training venue was packed, and the students listened attentively and actively interacted with the instructors. They not only mastered the six basic service skills, the four key points of service awareness, the "eight knowledge" and "three understanding" of banquets, the collection and use of dining habits of regular customers, but also discovered their own shortcomings in etiquette and banquet through group exercises, improving their professional and service skills. The trainees stated that they will apply what they have learned, connect theory with practice, and shape the service brand image of Jianliyuan people with good appearance and mental outlook, so that customers can feel the standardization and regularization of Jianliyuan services while tasting delicious food, and create a more outstanding service reputation.
Chongqing Region Wuhan Regional Management Cadre Training
On March 31st, the Chongqing region held a special training for Wuhan regional management cadres. This training was conducted on-site by the regional manager Zhang Hong, bringing together 16 restaurant managers from Wuhan region, and restaurant managers from Anhui region also participated in the DingTalk online training. The training focuses on four aspects: "How to become a qualified restaurant manager", "Fine tuned management of restaurant operations", "Monthly work summary of restaurant managers", and "Building an excellent team".
