Recently, the Qingdao Central Kitchen Prefabricated Vegetable Factory of the Group has successfully passed the main completion acceptance, taking an important step towards the formal operation of the project.
The factory is located in Zhangjialou Street, West Coast New Area, Qingdao, with a planned total investment of 200 million yuan, covering an area of 18571 square meters and a total construction area of 27457 square meters. It is divided into three floors. At present, the first floor production workshop has been planned with a building area of 7606 square meters. Three main functional processing workshops have been designed for clean vegetables and meat, sauce and braised dishes, and pastry. It is expected to be put into operation by the end of the year, with an annual production capacity of 24000 tons.
The factory will introduce advanced domestic and foreign prefabricated vegetable production equipment, adopt standardized, standardized, digital and intelligent processing system and operation mode, and make full use of Internet intelligent technology to implement big data monitoring on the whole process of food production, aiming to eliminate hidden dangers of hunger strike safety from the source and ensure the food safety of consumers. At the same time, through intensive and standardized production methods, the factory will minimize production costs, ensure product quality, and meet the dining needs of diversified customers and consumers such as government agencies, enterprises, troops, schools, etc. served by the group.
The completion of the Qingdao Central Kitchen Prefabricated Vegetable Factory will effectively promote the construction of the integrated development model of the three industries of Jianliyuan, greatly enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and effectively increase the added value of local agricultural products, create a large number of employment opportunities, provide new impetus for the diversified development of the regional economy, and contribute to the construction of the "Qilu Model" for rural revitalization in the west coast area of Qingdao.
