At the 2024 annual meeting of Jianliyuan Group, Chairman Jian Shixin proposed the group's five-year development plan - to promote high-quality development of the enterprise, create technology group meals, and achieve annual revenue exceeding 10 billion yuan. Talent is key to the development of enterprises. For many years, the group has attached great importance to talent cultivation and introduction, adhered to the strategy of prioritizing talent development, implemented the "four talents" employment concept of recruiting, employing, loving, and nurturing talents, and strived to discover outstanding talents who are capable, responsible, eager to work, and capable of achieving things. Among them, the self-evaluation of vocational skill levels is an important platform and channel for enterprises to cultivate and tap into talents.

Recently, the fourth batch of vocational skill level self-assessment exams for the group in 2024 was held at the Longao Building restaurant in Jinan. This evaluation is a cross regional, high-level, and multi category centralized evaluation, with a total of 60 employees participating in the exam. The assessors are all senior technicians with over ten years of work experience.

This evaluation has been prepared for nearly three months, including employee registration, qualification review, selection of evaluators, and system submission Each step is strictly carried out according to the process, and is strictly approved by the skill appraisal department of the district and city human resources and social security departments to ensure that the evaluation preparation process is meticulous, standardized, fair and just.

In the theoretical examination section, all questions are assigned by a question group composed of senior technicians, and multiple invigilators are set up in the examination room to patrol the entire process. In the practical examination stage, reference personnel are selected to take the stage, and the quantity and specifications of ingredients, utensils, and equipment are strictly standardized. In this vocational skill level self-assessment exam, reference personnel from various regions of Jianliyuan demonstrated solid theoretical foundation and exquisite cooking skills, demonstrating outstanding abilities and qualities with excellent answers and exquisite dishes.

Since obtaining the qualification for independent evaluation in 2022, Jianliyuan has conducted vocational skill level assessments multiple times a year. Currently, it has organized 8 batches and evaluated a total of 29 first level senior technicians, 49 second level technicians, and 238 third level senior technicians.

At present, the scope of occupational skill level assessment for Jianliyuan covers seven occupations: Chinese chefs, Chinese pastry chefs, Western pastry chefs, public nutritionists, food safety managers, restaurant servers, and food and beverage dispensers. This year, the group has also applied for the qualification of special grade technician evaluation and plans to select 10 special grade technicians.
