In order to deepen the study and education of Party history, improve the Party spirit of the regional management, and promote the win-win cooperation between the company's operating department and Gu Xiangyuan, in November, the Party branch and trade union of Jianliyuan Beijing Company organized a two-day themed team building activity of "Learning Party History, Strengthening Spirit, Deepening Exchange and Promoting Win Win" for in-service Party members and regional level and above management personnel. Participants went to the CPC History Exhibition Hall, Guxiangyuan Fangshan Complete Product Collection and Distribution Center and other places to visit, learn and exchange.
In the CPC History Exhibition Hall, more than 2500 pictures and more than 4500 sets of cultural relics in kind, comprehensively and panoramatically demonstrated the magnificent century struggle of the CPC, and a series of rules and regulations, major achievements and valuable experiences established in the progress of the party came into view. Everyone expressed that they have gained a lot from studying the history of the Communist Party of China this time, and have a deeper understanding of the hard won achievements of the People's Republic of China, socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the current beautiful life.
With a lingering passion for studying party history, everyone walked into the Gu Xiangyuan Real Estate Full Product Distribution Center together. Ke Jianzhuo, General Manager of Gu Xiangyuan, led everyone to visit the distribution center's room temperature warehouse, fresh-keeping warehouse, low-temperature warehouse, sorting area and other areas. Yang Yanchao, Procurement Manager of Beijing Region, also introduced the procurement channels and product advantages of various food ingredient brands. There was also a discussion and exchange on site, where everyone learned about the seven advantages of Gu Xiangyuan's dual center supply guarantee, full process cold chain vehicle guarantee, source procurement, price system management, full process information management, food safety control, and self owned supply chain base.
Subsequently, the heads of each region discussed with colleagues in charge of Gu Xiangyuan's business liaison regarding operational issues and customer concerns, actively seeking solutions and reaching a consensus. Zhang Chenglong, the General Manager of Beijing Region, stated that in the future, such "face-to-face" discussion and collision meetings will be frequently organized, with on-site Q&A exchanges and real communication, truly achieving a win-win situation through joint efforts. Ke Jianzhuo, General Manager of Gu Xiangyuan, also stated that Gu Xiangyuan will closely follow the development pace of the group, solidly ensure the supply of ingredients, and provide customers with high-quality, affordable, safe, convenient, and satisfactory services, highlighting the core competitiveness of Jianliyuan in the current intense market competition.
On site, Xie Shuifu, the Director of Group System Safety, also promoted the new concepts of industry development and food safety requirements in recent times. Mr. Xie shared some measures and methods of the company in promoting nutritious and healthy eating, and provided training on important precautions such as cold chain distribution and inspection, and central temperature detection.
The next day, everyone walked together and entered the Pofengling Scenic Area. While hiking high, they enjoyed the early winter red leaves on the mountains, and enjoyed their bodies and minds while getting close to nature. Everyone happily took a group photo in the scenic area, marking a successful conclusion to the team building event.
Gather together with 'Source' and walk hand in hand! During the two-day team building activity, everyone learned about the history of the Communist Party, had in-depth exchanges, and enjoyed the scenery on foot, which not only relaxed their body and mind but also gained a lot.
