On the morning of October 31st, the restaurant of Qingdao Hisense School underwent a surprise inspection by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of the Southern District of Qingdao. This inspection is part of the seventh special rectification campaign in 2024, launched by Shinan District to strengthen food safety supervision and in conjunction with the "Food Safety Promotion Week" activity. The campaign aims to directly target the kitchen and safeguard food safety.

The inspection team is strong, and the Market Supervision Administration of Shinan District not only collaborates with media such as Qingdao Television and China Food News, as well as third-party food testing institutions, but also specifically invites representatives of the Shinan District People's Congress and members of the Shinan District Political Consultative Conference to jointly supervise. The inspectors conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the restaurant's food safety information disclosure, kitchen environment hygiene, tableware disinfection and cleaning, implementation of food safety management system, and the demand for food raw material procurement certificates and invoices, and did not find any problems.
