       Summer has arrived, and it is a critical moment for food safety prevention. At the same time, the situation of epidemic prevention and control cannot be relaxed. The Anti Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China has been officially promulgated and implemented. Against this backdrop, in early June, the group's "Anti epidemic, Anti waste, Food Safety Prevention 100 Days" event officially kicked off, and various restaurants held swearing in ceremonies.

       In order to ensure the effectiveness of the event, the System Safety Center has developed a detailed activity plan and issued relevant materials on epidemic prevention and control, summer food safety prevention, and the Anti Food Waste Law of the People's Republic of China. They have also produced banners, posters, countdown signs, and other items.The leaders of the System Security Center and the heads of the System Security Management Departments in each region, as well as the leaders and regional managers of each region, attach great importance to this event and personally participate in the oath taking ceremony,make every effort to ensure that the event is organized with sound, color, and effectiveness.

       The swearing in ceremony is solemn and serious, yet lively and interesting at the same time. Employees of each restaurant solemnly signed their names on posters and banners, expressing their determination to "fight against the epidemic, waste, and prevent food safety". Each restaurant manager emphasized how to prevent food safety during high temperature periods, made specific arrangements, and signed a "Food Safety Commitment Letter".

       At the oath taking ceremony, many restaurants also held fun knowledge quiz competitions, covering various food safety, epidemic prevention, and anti waste knowledge. Employees actively participated, showed enthusiasm, and eagerly answered questions, enlivening the on-site atmosphere and demonstrating solid business knowledge.

     At the end of the event, all employees held banners, held their heads high, raised their right fists, and solemnly swore.
