On June 5th, the Human Resources Department of the Beijing region organized a management cadre training and internal trainer work selection in the company's conference room. Through various forms, further enrich the internal training platform and promote the construction of the talent team.
This management training specifically invites Zhang Chenglong, the General Manager of Beijing Region, as well as personnel from the Human Resources, Safety, System, and Finance departments to give lectures.
Mr. Zhang put forward expectations and requirements for 48 new management cadres from five aspects: "honest management, implementation of company philosophy", "improving execution and enhancing work efficiency", "on duty work, strengthening sense of responsibility", "integrity and dedication to work, adhering to professional ethics", and "continuous learning and improvement of abilities", indicating the determination of the region to strengthen the construction of the management cadre team.
In the professional knowledge lecture session, four lecturers gave comprehensive explanations on the company's development plan, basic knowledge and skills, case analysis, and other aspects. The trainees were deeply focused and listened with great interest, and the 8-hour training had a significant effect.
Talent team building not only includes training for management cadres. Since April, in accordance with the requirements of the group, the Beijing region has actively promoted the selection of internal trainers, with active participation from various regions. More than 100 videos of entries have been submitted, involving positions such as dishes, noodles, Chinese and Western pastries, and services.
On the same day as the training for management cadres, the Human Resources Department of the Beijing Region organized a review panel to preliminarily evaluate the entries based on four selection criteria: "video quality," "structural hierarchy," "expression effect," and "operational steps. To ensure fairness and impartiality in the selection process, the judges watched the participating videos one by one for five consecutive hours and provided feedback on the marketability, operational standards, and lecturer expression level of the works. A preliminary evaluation of 20 entries was made. Next, we will conduct a re evaluation of the shortlisted works and conduct offline teaching demonstrations in order to discover excellent internal lecturers.
The training of management cadres and the selection of internal trainers are important channels for the construction of the group's talent team.
