On the morning of June 26th, bursts of applause were heard from the lecture hall of Yucai Middle School in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Jianliyuan. The theme speech "Never forget the original intention, forge ahead" is currently being held in the Qingdao competition area. 21 athletes from the Shandong, Shanghai, and Chongqing regions of the group gathered together to compete on the same stage and staged a wonderful competition. Leaders from the Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area Federation of Trade Unions, Qingdao West Coast New Area Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Qingdao West Coast New Area Yucai Junior High School, Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone No. 4 Middle School, and Qingdao West Coast New Area Experimental Junior High School were invited to attend the competition and served as judges along with Ge Fusheng, Secretary of the Qingdao Branch of the Group and Chairman of the Trade Union, and Zhang Shuqing, General Manager of Shandong Region and Shandong Second Region Operations.

       2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the 20th anniversary of the founding of Jianliyuan. At this memorable moment, the party branch of Jianliyuan and the trade union jointly held the speech contest. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the competition, the company's labor union issued a competition plan in early May, calling on the entire group to complete the registration work in all regions and areas. According to the business distribution of the group, this speech competition will be held in Qingdao, Shenyang, and Beijing. The Qingdao competition is scheduled to be held first on June 26th, with contestants from the Shandong, Shanghai, and Chongqing regions of the group. After the preliminary selection, representatives from various regions were sent out one after another. The company union carefully reviewed the contestants' manuscripts and videos, and repeatedly studied each aspect of the work, in order to present the competition perfectly.

       On June 26th, the summer in Qingdao was less hot and more cool. In this comfortable weather, the speech competition in the Qingdao division kicked off with the solemn national anthem. Twenty one contestants from different regions, including Hangzhou, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Yantai, and Qingdao, stepped onto a common stage. Faced with the gaze of guest judges and over 150 audience members, they were full of energy and passionate, expressing their deep understanding and best wishes for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 20th anniversary of the company through wonderful speeches, winning rounds of applause from the audience on site. They are all ordinary employees from the operations and functional departments. In the span of two hours, they used heartfelt words and powerful voices to make us feel the fighting spirit of Jianliyuan people towards the party and the company.

       After fair scoring by the on-site judges, the awards went to various schools. Xin Mengmeng from Qingdao District 1, Yao Huiying from Qingdao District 2, and Zhang Yanrong from Qingdao District 8 won the third prize in the competition. Qin Zhiyuan from the procurement department of Shandong region and Wang Jing from the system management department won the second prize in the competition. The first prize was won by Shen Qinxia from the Nongfu Spring project in the Shanghai region. 21 contestants, regardless of their ranking, as long as they stand on this podium, they are all good. They are able to actively participate in speech competitions, prepare with dedication, and give their all in their busy work, which is commendable in itself.

       At the end of the competition, Ge Fusheng, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union of Qingdao Company, delivered a concluding speech, expressing sincere gratitude to all the leaders for attending the event despite their busy schedules, congratulating the winning contestants, and giving praise to all the contestants for their hard work. He said that looking back on the 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 20 years since the establishment of the company, our country and our source of strength have achieved extraordinary results, but at the same time, we also face many challenges, which can only be achieved through continuous progress and development. Jianliyuan people must never forget their original intention, forge ahead, work hard, and create brilliance again. At this great moment, I wish the motherland prosperity, the CPC youth forever, and Jianliyuan a better tomorrow!
