2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the beginning of the 14th Five Year Plan. Consolidating and maintaining the overall security and stability is particularly important. In June, we celebrated the 20th National "Safety Production Month". In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of restaurant safety risks, resolutely achieve zero safety accidents, and contribute to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Jianliyuan has launched a special safety inspection campaign across the entire group.
Chairman Jian Shixin attaches great importance to this safety inspection. He repeatedly emphasized that all members of Jianliyuan must regard "safeguarding the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China with safety" as the top priority of their current work. They must recognize the importance of carrying out this special safety inspection action, and with a strong sense of political responsibility and urgency, take higher standards and stricter measures, solidly carry out safety inspection work, and resolutely safeguard the safety bottom line.
The safety management departments of each major region of the group conscientiously implement the requirements for recommending directors, and actively carry out special safety inspection actions based on the actual situation of each region and restaurant. This action focuses on "enhancing employee safety awareness and skills" and "identifying and rectifying restaurant safety hazards", involving employee training, hazard investigation, emergency drills, and on-site renovation, and has achieved significant results.
Employee Training:The safety management department has specially prepared six safety cases, including safe use of electricity, safe use of gas, and mechanical injuries, and distributed them to various operational sites for training. Special emergency plan training has also been conducted, covering all employees. In addition, some key restaurants have also launched safety knowledge comic exhibitions, truly achieving the integration of education and entertainment.
Hazard investigation:The safety management department focuses on investigating the ten new safety red lines, safe use of electricity, safe use of gas, fire protection, employee dormitories, and other aspects. For safety hazards such as line aging, overload of leakage protection switches, aging of gas hoses, and abnormal gas leakage alarms, we will investigate and rectify them one by one and never let them go.
Emergency Drill:The safety management department also collaborates with clients to conduct practical exercises for employees, including drills on the use of fire-fighting equipment, fire evacuation drills, gas leak emergency drills, etc., to comprehensively improve employees' emergency response capabilities in the event of sudden safety accidents.
On site renovation:During the inspection process, the safety management department actively communicated with customers, increased the protection of restaurant safety facilities, repaired and equipped multiple restaurants with gas leak alarm systems, added kitchen automatic sprinkler systems and emergency lighting systems, etc. At the same time, the safety management department actively studied safety technical prevention measures, effectively preventing the occurrence of injury hazards at the discharge outlet of the vegetable cutter and on-site falling hazards.
Safety work is no small matter, it only has commas and no periods。Through the special safety inspection campaign in June, all employees were guided to further establish the concept of safety development, strengthen bottom line thinking, consolidate safety responsibilities, and enhance safety literacy. Jianliyuan people will take practical actions to fully prevent and control safety risks, ensure the safe operation of every restaurant, and safeguard the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
