On June 15th, the Qingdao branch union of the group held its third member representative conference. More than 50 people, including union chairman Ge Fusheng, union committee members, and employee representatives, attended the conference. The conference also remotely connected union committee candidates and employee representatives from the Chongqing, Southern, and Shanghai regions.

The second trade union committee of Qingdao Company was established in June 2019, and its term will expire. Therefore, the focus of this meeting is to complete the election of the trade union committee and the funding review committee.

At the meeting, the chairman of the labor union, Ge Fusheng, summarized the work of the Qingdao company's labor union in the past five years. Over the past five years, with strong support from the group, the Qingdao company's labor union has actively carried out various work and gradually enhanced the influence of the union brand. One is to continuously improve the organizational structure. We have established a complete structure of trade union committees and audit committees, and set up trade union team leaders in various regions to ensure that trade union work can be implemented in every region. Secondly, we will vigorously strengthen team building. Regularly carry out team building activities, enrich employees' leisure cultural life through activities that employees enjoy, enhance mutual understanding among employees, and improve team cohesion and centripetal force. The third is to effectively strengthen employee care. Lead the implementation of summer cooling and winter warming activities, equip restaurants and employee dormitories with cooling or heating equipment, solve problems such as laundry and bathing for employees, and improve the working and living environment for employees. Before each Spring Festival, we also organize rescue activities for disadvantaged employees to bring warmth and care to them.

In 2024, the "Union Activity Plan" drafted by the Qingdao company's union received recognition and support from the group leadership. According to the plan deployment, the union carried out employee birthday party activities, senior employee physical examination activities, and management personnel study tours throughout the group. Ge Fusheng said that in the past five years, trade unions have done a lot of work and played a positive role in building a harmonious and healthy corporate atmosphere. This shows that trade union work in private enterprises is not optional, but very important.

Subsequently, more than 50 employee representatives from various regions conducted anonymous voting to elect members of the third Qingdao Company Trade Union Committee and the Audit Committee. The new trade union committee and the economic review committee held their first meeting and divided responsibilities: Ge Fusheng served as the chairman of the Qingdao company's trade union, Zhou Feng and Wang Ge served as vice chairmen of the trade union, Fan Yanping served as the chairman of the economic review committee, and Sun Jing served as vice chairman.

The chairman of the trade union, Ge Fusheng, made a concluding speech, expressing the hope that the new trade union committee and the audit committee will not disappoint the trust of the majority of employees, do their best to do their job well, further polish the trade union brand, effectively build a bridge for effective communication between enterprises and employees, unite the centripetal force and creativity of the majority of employees, and contribute to the high-quality development of the group.
