The summer in the catering industry is particularly difficult, especially for colleagues on the front line who must persist in providing customers with every meal service guarantee in high temperature environments. The main way of this cooling off activity is to equip various production sites and dormitories with electrical appliances such as air conditioning, fans, washing machines, water heaters, etc., to improve the production and accommodation environment for employees. Prior to the start of the event, trade unions in various regions conducted a survey of the production sites and employee dormitories of each project, with a particular focus on projects with poor production and accommodation conditions, as well as newly opened projects. Based on practical principles, the demand for electrical appliances in each project was statistically analyzed. Chairman Jian Shixin attaches great importance to this summer cooling event, emphasizing the need to solve the problem of cooling down the working and resting environment for employees, and to address issues such as bathing and laundry, so that employees can rest and work well.
According to the needs of each project, the labor unions in each region have carried out unified purchasing and distribution, and followed up on the receipt and installation of each project. Some union members also visited and comforted the project site. By configuring various electrical appliances, the working and accommodation environment of employees has been further improved, bringing a hint of coolness to frontline colleagues in the scorching summer, while also allowing everyone to feel the warm care from the company and the union in their hearts.

On the basis of the cooling off activity carried out by the group trade union, each restaurant simultaneously carries out daily heatstroke prevention and cooling work, prepares heatstroke prevention foods such as watermelon, cold drinks, mung bean soup, etc. for employees, and prepares relevant drugs. Employees' blood pressure is regularly measured, and their physical condition during the summer is monitored at all times, truly taking responsibility for their physical health.
