In the scorching summer of July, the hottest time of the year, the hot weather still cannot stop the urgent desire of our friends to carry out team building. From July 6th to 7th, the thirteen districts of Beijing organized regional management backbone team building activities.

Considering the weather conditions, this team building activity will be held indoors. On the morning of July 6th, after everyone gathered, they entered the gymnasium to form groups and were given different colored team uniforms according to their groups. In the morning, everyone participated in competitions such as flipping cards and running back, team decoding, and inspiring people in the gymnasium. In the afternoon, everyone entered the swimming pool again and engaged in water sports activities such as water volleyball, tug of war, and falling flowers and flowing water. Each activity is full of fun, bringing a cool and joyful feeling to everyone in the scorching summer.

After a day of team building activities, everyone became more familiar with each other and realized the power of teamwork and the importance of cooperation from the competition, greatly enhancing team cohesion and centripetal force. Although physically exhausted, everyone's heart is filled with happiness. At dinner time, everyone enjoyed their meal while enjoying the performances of team members in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, with laughter and joy.

The next day, everyone visited the Luo Hong Art Museum together and felt the unique charm of nature in light and shadow. This team building has officially come to an end. This is a team building event of "power" and "beauty", where everyone not only competes for the victory or defeat of "power" in the competition, but also appreciates the true meaning of "beauty" through performances and visits. Many colleagues shone brightly in this team building, showing another side of being lively, outgoing, and versatile.
