       On February 25th, the 2022 performance report and 2023 work deployment conference of Jianliyuan Group was held, with video connections from more than ten venues across the country. The chairman of the group, Jian Shixin, the executive vice president, Gai Shu'e, the general managers of operations and marketing in various regions, the heads of various centers, as well as nearly 300 middle and senior management personnel at or above the level of functional supervisors in various regions, personnel at or above the level of operational areas, and some key restaurant leaders attended the meeting.

       At the meeting, the heads of each center, the general managers of each regional market, and the general managers of operations respectively made reports, summarizing the completion of their respective work in 2022, and focusing on analyzing the existing problems from a subjective perspective, elaborating on the work plan for 2023. The Chairman and General Manager carefully listened to the reports of the spokespersons, encouraged the attendees to actively speak, put forward suggestions, collide ideas, and personally provide comments and clear guidance.

       One is to solidify responsibility and highlight the effectiveness of functional center control
       In 2022, the group achieved double-digit growth in operating revenue, but the business performance was not ideal. With more than 100 new projects opened, the overall profit not only did not increase, but also seriously declined. As the central system of the group, functional departments must consolidate their responsibilities and play a supervisory and service role. The human resources department must strengthen the performance control cycle on a daily basis to ensure that project performance management is contracted to individuals. At the same time, the human resources and finance departments should establish a dedicated team to go down to the new project opening site, identify problems, and promptly correct and reverse them. The effectiveness of performance control will be directly linked to individual performance incentives and year-end bonuses.

   The second is to take a dual approach and build a strong talent pool
       The key to enterprise development lies in people. It has been proven that there are problems with the construction of talent echelons in some regions, with uneven quality and abilities of existing management personnel and insufficient reserve forces. Each major region must adhere to a dual approach of talent recruitment and internal training. Externally, we need to strengthen the recruitment of middle and senior management personnel and attract outstanding talents from various fields and industries; Internally, different training modes should be adopted for employees at different levels to ensure effective implementation. At the same time, each department should establish a fixed reporting mode based on the inspection and implementation of the group's management standards, provide feedback to customers, and convey the advantages of Jianliyuan to customers to enhance their awareness and satisfaction with the company.

       The fourth is to build barriers and rapidly promote information technology and supply chain construction
      Without strong information technology support, enterprises cannot grow and strengthen. The group's support for information technology construction is unlimited, and information technology construction must be further strengthened without any reason to retreat. The construction of the group's supply chain has already taken the lead in the industry. The two major supply chain companies, Beijing Guxiangyuan and Qingdao Liyuan, must further strengthen their cost awareness and service awareness, guide customer consumption, and accelerate the construction of pre warehouses in Shenyang, Tianjin and other places to reduce procurement costs. The promotion of informatization and supply chain will help the group quickly build industry barriers.

       The fifth is to face problems directly and strive to break through the bottleneck of enterprise development
       The standard of on-site management has regressed, the practicality of training and drills is insufficient, there are not many valuable new orders in the market, the pressure of maintaining old projects has increased, and the increase in scale has led to weak management, which is worthy of our vigilance. We should put credit and performance aside, confront these existing problems, be open and honest, and think about solutions. Every manager has the obligation to raise questions and help the group optimize processes. Efficient collaboration among departments is necessary to avoid internal friction and ensure the efficient development of the group in the next five years.

       The recommended director made an important concluding speech at the end of the meeting. The recommended director stated that in 2022, the group's performance grew against the trend and achieved good results. Especially in the face of the impact of the epidemic, the people of Jianliyuan have united as one, bravely shouldered heavy responsibilities, overcome difficulties, and made every effort to ensure customer catering supply, winning high recognition from customers. The group's various projects have received more than 800 commendations from customers. In 2022, the group also made breakthroughs in many aspects: Qingdao Liyuan Ecological Farm was officially put into operation, and the first batch of "space vegetables" were listed; The Qingdao supply chain base has been preliminarily established, and the large warehouse has begun to operate; The group's talent self-evaluation mechanism has been upgraded, and Qingdao Jianliyuan Company has successfully obtained the national qualification for "vocational skill level assessment".

       While acknowledging the achievements, the board of directors also pointed out the existing problems and shortcomings, such as the prominent talent shortage, low quality of new project management, slow pace of information construction, urgent need to expand the external market of the supply chain, disconnect between market and operation, lack of emphasis on the leadership and service role of functional departments, weak sense of responsibility, lack of courage, and insufficient innovation of management personnel in the face of difficulties. These issues deserve serious reflection from all attendees.

       The group will further strengthen the incentive assessment for achieving business goals, talent loss, old customer loss, management service innovation, etc., consolidate the responsibility of managers, and comprehensively establish an incentive assessment mechanism of "sharing results and outcomes".

    The third is to establish a pioneering awareness and upgrade brand value.
       Ecological farms should vigorously expand their sales channels and achieve a healthy operation; The construction of the supply chain should continue to expand and improve, and timely expand the pre packaged food business according to market demand. At the same time, each major region should effectively maintain and serve old customers, give full play to the demonstration effect of old projects, and achieve the goal of expanding from the old to the new. Only through the integration of the tertiary industry and collaborative development can the brand value of Jianliyuan be further upgraded.

       The fourth is to establish a sense of innovation and ensure that new and outstanding achievements are made
       Currently, the world is undergoing a great transformation unseen in a century, with rapid social development and surging industry changes. How can we respond to these changes? Only innovation. In 2023, managers at all levels should integrate innovation consciousness into their daily work, focus on difficult points and innovative highlights, and ensure that their work shines through innovation.

      Fifth, establish a sense of urgency and improve execution efficiency
       With the development of the group, many new contradictions and problems will arise, and all members of Jianliyuan must not be blindly optimistic. For the various work arrangements of the group, we should respond quickly with a sense of urgency, take immediate action, and make every effort to promote them. Especially in terms of information technology construction, it must be quickly established to provide support for management and operation, and to promote the growth and strength of the group.

       The recommended director stated that 2023 is the starting year for fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a year with extremely complex international situations, and the first year after entering a new stage of epidemic control, which is destined to be extraordinary.
